The most deliciously warming and festive porridge you can get! Add your cinnamon and nutmeg and continue to soften. Turn up the heat, add an extra tbsp of water and tsp of sugar and bubble until saucy. ❌Tip the oats and milk into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 4-5 mins until creamy. Add more milk depending on how you enjoy your porridge. ❌Serve and enjoy!

I absolutely adore Pad Thai, it’s one of my go-to dishes when eating out or getting a takeaway. This one is by @donalskehan and I couldn’t recommend trying it more! Enjoy! ❤️ (Serves 4) YOU NEED: ❌250g of rice noodles ❌3 chicken breasts ❌6 spring Onion ❌3 garlic cloves ❌3 tbsp of fish Sauce ❌2 limes – juice and zest ❌Handful of coriander ❌1 red chilli ❌Handful of crushed peanuts ❌Sunflower oil for cooking ❌1 tbsp of brown sugar ❌2 free range eggs METHOD: ❌Soak the noodles in warm water until soft, drain and set aside. ❌Chop the garlic, coriander roots, red chilli and lime zest very finely with a sharp knife. ❌Heat the oil in a wok or a large non stick frying pan over a high heat. When the oil is just at smoking point add them in and fry for about 1 minute until it becomes aromatic. (Keep about half of the coriander aside for garnishing) ❌Add in the chicken and half the spring onions and fry until the chicken is fully cooked. ❌Add in the lime juice, fish sauce and brown sugar. Add in the drained noodles, mix through and cook for 2 minutes. ❌Pour in the beaten egg and mix through the noodles until just cooked. Tumble the noodles out onto serving plates and serve garnished with coriander leaves, chopped salted peanuts, the remaining spring onions and a lime wedge. #foodvideo #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes #fakeaway #padthai
