CHICKEN SATAY SALAD 🤤🤤🤤 YOU NEED: ❌1 tbsp soy sauce ❌1 clove of garlic (chopped) ❌1 tsp curry powder ❌1 tsp honey ❌1 tbsp peanut butter ❌1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce ❌1 tbsp lime juice ❌1 tbsp water ❌2 chicken breasts ❌Lettuce, cucumber, spring onion & tomatoes ❌Handful of coriander METHOD: ❌Pour the soy into a large dish and stir in the curry powder & and honey. Mix well. Slice the chicken breasts into strips and coat in the marinade. Set aside in the fridge for at least 1 hr, or overnight, to allow the flavours to penetrate the chicken. If you need to cook straight away though, that’s fine. ❌Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter with the chilli sauce, lime juice, and water to make a spoonable sauce. ❌Fry the garlic in a large pan with a little oil. Add the chicken and fry until cooked through. Set aside, covered, to rest for a few mins. ❌While the chicken rests, prepare you salad into two large bowls. Spoon over a little sauce. Slice the chicken, pile on top of the salad and spoon over the remaining sauce. ❌Serve & enjoy! #recipevideo #foodvideo #instaeats #healthyeating #saladrecipe #summersalad

Chill in the fridge for 1 hr to set firmly. ❌Place the cream cheese & icing sugar in a bowl, then beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Tip in the lemon juice & double cream and continue beating until the mixture is completely combined. Now spoon the cream mixture onto the biscuit base, starting from the edges and working inwards, making sure that there are no air bubbles. Smooth the top of the cheesecake down with the back of a dessert spoon or spatula. Leave to set in the fridge overnight. ❌Bring the cheesecake to room temperature about 30 mins before serving. To remove it from the tin, place the base on top of a can, then gradually pull the sides of the tin down.
