Chips & Dip

Ingredients

  • 200ml sour cream

  • 100ml mayonnaise

  • 1 white onion

  • 2 tbsp of finely sliced pickles

  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced

  • Handful of dill, finely sliced

  • Handful of parsley, finely sliced

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic salt, salt + pepper

Instructions

1. Fry the finely sliced onion on a medium/low heat until crispy & golden brown.

2. Set aside & allow to fully cool.

3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl & mix well.

4. Enjoy with your fave crisps!
