Chips & Dip
Ingredients
200ml sour cream
100ml mayonnaise
1 white onion
2 tbsp of finely sliced pickles
1 spring onion, finely sliced
Handful of dill, finely sliced
Handful of parsley, finely sliced
1/2 tsp of garlic salt, salt + pepper
Instructions
1. Fry the finely sliced onion on a medium/low heat until crispy & golden brown.
2. Set aside & allow to fully cool.
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl & mix well.
4. Enjoy with your fave crisps!
