Baked camembert with whiskey & honey
Ingredients
1 wheel of Camembert
1 tbsp of whiskey
Honey
Rosemary
Handful of chopped almonds
1 clove of garlic, quartered
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C fan.
Score the Camembert, add the whiskey & a drizzle of honey.
Place the garlic and Rosemary into the slices.
Add the chopped nuts on top, followed by another drizzle of honey & a pinch of salt.
Bake for about 15-17 mins.
Remove the garlic and Rosemary sprigs.
Serve with crackers / sliced crusty bread & enjoy!
