Baked camembert with whiskey & honey

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Camembert

  • 1 tbsp of whiskey

  • Honey

  • Rosemary

  • Handful of chopped almonds

  • 1 clove of garlic, quartered

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C fan.

  2. Score the Camembert, add the whiskey & a drizzle of honey.

  3. Place the garlic and Rosemary into the slices.

  4. Add the chopped nuts on top, followed by another drizzle of honey & a pinch of salt.

  5. Bake for about 15-17 mins.

  6. Remove the garlic and Rosemary sprigs.

  7. Serve with crackers / sliced crusty bread & enjoy!
