Lemon Pasta

Ingredients/Instructions

There’s no exact measurements with this one, everything to taste!


Fry a diced shallot in some olive oil & butter.
Then grate some lemon zest in.
When your spaghetti is nearly ready, add in a ladle of pasta water.
Next, add in the spaghetti and mix.
Season well, add some extra butter, as much lemon juice as you like, and top with lots of Parmesan!
