Winter Spice Porridge Bowl

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 clementine, chopped up

  • 1 cup of frozen berries

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 cinnamon

  • Sprinkle of nutmeg
    {spices optional if you don’t like them!}

Instructions

Cook your porridge per pack instructions, I like to cook on a low heat stirring constantly so that it’s gorgeous and creamy.
Add all of the topping ingredients to a small pan and bring to a low simmer. Crush down the clementine & berries & stir regularly.
It should take around the same length as the porridge, maximum 10 mins.
Serve with the delicious thick berry mixture on top of the porridge & enjoy! ❣️
