Turkish Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2-3tbsp of Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 clove of minced garlic

  • Salt to taste

  • 1-2 tbsp of butter

  • 1 tsp of paprika

  • Chilli flakes to taste

  • 2 poached eggs

  • Thick crusty toast

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt ingredients together.

2. Melt the butter & add the paprika + chilli flakes, simmer on a low heat for a minute or two, don’t let it burn!

3. Serve it up with some fresh dill & enjoy!
